These terms cover using pixelvile.com, the booking pages we host for businesses, and the Pixelvile dashboard. Businesses that work with us also sign a separate service agreement, which takes priority for their account.

Using the website

  • Use the site lawfully. Don't try to break, overload or get around its security, and don't send spam through its forms.
  • The content, design and code of pixelvile.com belong to Pixelvile. The demo websites use fictional businesses and photos licensed from Unsplash.

Bookings made through our pages

  • When you book with a business through a page we run, your appointment is with that business, not with Pixelvile. Prices, cancellations and the service itself are up to them.
  • Please give a real name and number so the business can confirm and remind you. We may block bookings that look fake or abusive.
  • Available times are shown live, but the business can still change or cancel an appointment. They'll contact you if they do.

Dashboard accounts

  • Keep your password private and use a strong one. You're responsible for what happens under your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
  • Owners decide who on their team has access and can remove people at any time.
  • Your business's data stays yours. You can download bookings and enquiries as spreadsheets whenever you like, and we'll hand over or delete your data when you leave.
  • We may suspend an account that's used for spam, fraud or anything unlawful.

Availability

We work hard to keep everything running and monitor it around the clock, but we can't promise it will never be down. We're not liable for losses caused by outages beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Pixelvile isn't responsible for the services provided by businesses listed or booked through our pages, or for indirect losses. For business clients, liability is set out in the service agreement.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Kolkata have jurisdiction.
