How a referral works

You introduce
Send the owner your partner link, or tell us their name and number once they’ve said we can call. That’s all we need from you.

We audit for free
We look at how the business shows up on Google and on a phone, send the owner a short list of fixes, and quote in writing if they want us to build.

You earn when they stay
Every client gets a 30-day live trial. If they stay past day 30 and pay the balance, your share starts.
What you earn
A share of what the client really pays us, nothing worked out on promises.

Plans start from a ₹12,000 build and ₹1,500 a month (Starter) and go to ₹60,000 and more with ₹8,000 a month and up (Premium), so your share follows the plan the owner picks. We quote each business after its audit.

We may pause or end a partnership that breaks these rules. Commission already earned on paying clients is still paid. Full wording: terms.

- Forms and bookings from other sitesEnquiries and bookings can be sent to a business from websites it has allowed, through the same public API its booking page uses, with bot checks.
- Email into the dashboardA business’s own email addresses can be routed into its dashboard inbox.
- ExportsOwners can download their bookings, customers, enquiries and invoices as CSV, GST files in the GSTR-1 offline tool layouts, and a full export of their data.

Questions partners ask
When do I get paid?
Your share of the build fee is earned when the client pays the balance at the end of their 30-day trial. Your share of the care plan is earned each month the client actually pays, for their first 12 paid months. We pay by bank transfer or UPI once a month when your earned total is due.
What if the client walks away after the trial?
Then nothing is earned. The trial is there so the owner can say no, and a referral only earns when the client stays.
Is GST or TDS involved?
Your share is worked out on our fees before GST. Pixelvile deducts TDS where required by law and shows it on your statement.
Can I quote prices to the owner?
No. We quote after the free audit, in writing, once we know what the business needs. You can share the plan ranges on our home page.
How do you know a client came from me?
When an owner opens your partner link and asks for the free audit, it’s saved with their request. If they call or message us instead, tell us their name and we’ll note it on their account.
Why don’t you ask for my bank details now?
We only need them if you’re approved, and we ask in person. We keep your UPI ID, or only the last four digits of your account, never the full number.
