Every email is also forwarded to the Gmail you already use, so nothing is lost if you’re away from the dashboard.

We add the records that tell other mail servers your email is genuine, so replies don’t land in spam.

Your domain, in your name
The domain is registered to you. We look after the renewal while you’re with us, and you can move it any time.
What it doesn’t do. The dashboard shows emails as plain text and lists attachments without storing them (your Gmail copy has them). If you need a full mailbox in Outlook or a phone mail app, we set up a paid mailbox for you instead.

Questions owners ask
I already have a domain. Can I keep it?
Yes. We set up email and the website on the domain you have. If it’s with another company, we help you move it into an account in your name.
Will my old emails move over?
Old emails stay where they are now. New mail starts arriving in the dashboard and your Gmail from the day we switch over, and we tell you before anything changes.
Can my staff have their own addresses?
Yes. Each address can have its own copy-to address, so a staff member gets their own mail in their own Gmail.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. It’s registered in your name from day one, never ours. If we pay the yearly renewal for you, we bill it at cost and you can move the domain whenever you like.
What if I leave?
You keep your domain, your website content and an export of your data (customers, bookings and invoices). Booking, reminders and the dashboard stop, because they run on our system. During the 30-day trial you can stop without paying the balance.
Do I need a computer?
No. The dashboard works on a phone. You see new bookings and enquiries, mark things done and send invoices from it. A laptop helps for long menus or price lists, but you never need one.
