Kuhiro Ridge is a made-up six-room homestay in Darjeeling that we built to show the system, and it is labelled as a demo. Its home page is a photo walkthrough, its rooms show live rates, and “Check dates” takes a real room request. Then open its dashboard to see the rooms calendar, today’s arrivals and departures, requests to confirm and invoices from stays.
What changes for you
Rooms and stays is an add-on at ₹999 a month, and photos, the walkthrough and 360 tours another ₹149 a month, on any plan. Everything here works today.
Guests book their own nights
They choose check-in, check-out and how many guests, and see only the rooms free for every night with the price of the whole stay. The booking page speaks English, Bengali and Hindi.
Advance by UPI
Each room type can ask for an advance, say 30%. The guest gets a UPI link with the amount and the stay number. UPI doesn’t tell us when money arrives, so you mark it received and the stay is confirmed.
Fewer commissions
A guest who books on your own site pays you directly, with no booking app taking a cut. Keep your listings on Booking.com and Airbnb for new guests, and send returning guests and Instagram followers to your own page.
Booking.com and Airbnb in step
Each room gets a calendar link to paste into those sites, and you paste theirs back. Nights booked there are closed here, read about every hour, so the same room isn’t sold twice. Guest names are never shared.
A rooms calendar
Your rooms down the side and 14 nights across, on a phone or a laptop. Add phone and walk-in guests in a few taps, and block a room for repairs or family. The database itself refuses two stays in one room on one night.
Today’s check-in and check-out list
Who arrives today, who leaves and who is in house, first on the phone. Front desk staff check guests in and out from their own login. An early departure frees the nights left and prices the nights used.
Reminders the day before
Confirmed guests get a WhatsApp reminder and an email the day before they arrive, with the check-in time. Guests who asked not to get messages are never sent one. You get a WhatsApp alert for every new request.
Invoices from a stay
Make invoice turns a stay into a GST invoice draft: the nights at their rates, weekend nights on their own line, extra guests and the room type’s GST rate. Needs Invoices and payments, in Premium or ₹699 a month.
A website led by your photos
Your home page opens with a walkthrough film: your photos one after another with a slow pan and zoom, with a pause button. Add, remove or reorder photos in the dashboard and the website follows within a minute.
A walkthrough video for Status and Reels
Make the same walkthrough as a video to download: tall for WhatsApp Status and Instagram Reels, or wide for YouTube and your website. It’s made in your browser from your own photos.
360 room tours
Take a 360 or panorama photo of each room on your phone. Guests drag to look around the room on your website before they book, or move their phone to look around.
Help with your Google profile
We set up or tidy your Google Business Profile: the right category, hours, photos, phone and a link to your own booking page, so guests searching the area find you and can book direct.
What isn’t built yet
Better you hear it from us before you sign:
- No channel manager. We don’t connect to Booking.com, Airbnb or other apps through their own systems, so your rates and rooms aren’t sent to them. The calendar links only share which nights are taken.
- Calendar links aren’t instant. We read theirs about every hour, and each app reads ours on its own schedule, which can take a few hours. A booking made on two sites in that gap shows as a conflict for you to sort out with the guest. On the busiest weekends, close the last room by hand.
- Not every listing offers calendar links. Check that your Booking.com or Airbnb listing has calendar sync before you count on it.
- No automatic payment confirmation. You mark the UPI advance received when you see it.
- No season prices by date. Each room type has a price a night and a Friday and Saturday price, so change the rate when your season starts.
- No guest ID copies and no Form C filing for foreign guests. Keep those the way you do today.

Questions owners ask
Do I have to leave Booking.com and Airbnb?
No. Keep your listings. Link each room’s calendar both ways, so a night booked there closes here and a night booked here closes there. Your own site is for guests who find you on Google, Instagram or by word of mouth, and for guests coming back.
Can two guests get the same room for the same night?
Not from your own site or dashboard. Every night of every room can be taken only once, and the database refuses a second booking even if two guests press the button together. Bookings from other apps arrive through the calendar links, so a gap of a few hours is still possible there.
How do guests pay the advance?
By UPI. The request page shows the amount and a UPI link with the stay number. You mark it received in the dashboard and the guest gets their confirmation. The balance is paid at the property the way you take it today.
Can my front desk use it?
Yes. Everyone gets their own login as Owner, Manager or Staff. Front desk staff see the rooms calendar and today’s list and check guests in and out. Owners and managers add, change and cancel stays and set the rates.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. It’s registered in your name from day one, never ours. If we pay the yearly renewal for you, we bill it at cost and you can move the domain whenever you like.
What if I leave?
You keep your domain, your website content, your photos and an export of your data. Room booking, reminders and the dashboard stop, because they run on our system. During the 30-day trial you can stop without paying the balance.
Can I try it before paying anything?
