Questions owners ask
Can guests order food online?
Yes, with the online orders add-on. Guests order pickup or delivery from your live menu and pay by UPI or at the counter. Each order lands on a live Orders screen with a kitchen ticket, and the guest gets updates on WhatsApp. We take no commission.
I’m already on Zomato and Swiggy. Why do I need my own site?
Keep them if they bring you orders. Those pages show other places right next to you. Your own site and menu page send people straight to you, and table bookings come to you directly.
Who marks dishes sold out?
Anyone on your staff, from their own phone. Each staff member has their own login, so you can see who changed what.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. It’s registered in your name from day one, never ours. If we pay the yearly renewal for you, we bill it at cost and you can move the domain whenever you like.
What if I leave?
You keep your domain, your website content and an export of your data (customers, bookings and invoices). Booking, reminders and the dashboard stop, because they run on our system. During the 30-day trial you can stop without paying the balance.
Do I need a computer?
No. The dashboard works on a phone. You see new bookings and enquiries, mark things done and send invoices from it. A laptop helps for long menus or price lists, but you never need one.
Is WhatsApp included?
Yes, with a fair-use allowance each month: 150 messages on Starter, 1,000 on Business and 3,000 on Premium. Above that, messages wait for you to send them with one tap, or we add a top-up. Customers can reply STOP at any time.
