Any module can be added to any plan on its own, at a set price a month before GST: online orders, service contracts (AMC), staff attendance and salaries and more. A plan bundles its modules with the website build, setup, hosting and monthly care. See add-on prices
Questions owners ask
Does it take attendance?
Student attendance isn’t built yet, and we won’t sell it until it is. Staff attendance and salaries are: teachers mark in and out from their phone, and the month’s salary sheet and payslips are worked out from it.
Are monthly fees billed automatically?
No. You make each fee invoice, which takes a few taps with saved items, and the dashboard shows who has paid and who still owes.
Can parents pay by UPI?
Yes. Every invoice carries a UPI link and QR code. UPI doesn’t tell us when money arrives, so you mark it received when you see it.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. It’s registered in your name from day one, never ours. If we pay the yearly renewal for you, we bill it at cost and you can move the domain whenever you like.
What if I leave?
You keep your domain, your website content and an export of your data (customers, bookings and invoices). Booking, reminders and the dashboard stop, because they run on our system. During the 30-day trial you can stop without paying the balance.
Do I need a computer?
No. The dashboard works on a phone. You see new bookings and enquiries, mark things done and send invoices from it. A laptop helps for long menus or price lists, but you never need one.
Is WhatsApp included?
Yes, with a fair-use allowance each month: 150 messages on Starter, 1,000 on Business and 3,000 on Premium. Above that, messages wait for you to send them with one tap, or we add a top-up. Customers can reply STOP at any time.
