A new website for a small trust in Haltu.
The Leenspire Foundation is a registered charitable trust in Haltu, Kolkata, running weekly classes, health camps, legal aid and relief since 2015. We built its new website and set up email on its own domain.
Where it started
The trust had an old site that had to be retired. We didn’t reuse any of its code. We carried over only the trust’s own words and photographs, rewrote the pages in plain language, and pointed the old page addresses at the new pages, so links people had saved still work.
What we built
Donations by UPI first
A donate page with the trust’s UPI ID, a QR code and a “Pay with a UPI app” button, and bank details for NEFT, IMPS and RTGS. It reminds donors to check the trust’s name before paying, explains 80G receipts, and has a “Sent by mistake?” note.
A volunteer form
Volunteers say where they live and how they’d like to help: teaching, health camps, legal aid, relief drives or other skills. Each form reaches the trust’s dashboard with a WhatsApp alert.
Privacy and consent
A plain-language privacy page that names every service that handles visitors’ details, and a short consent notice next to every form button saying what is kept, for how long and how to have it deleted.
Email on its own domain
Addresses at leenspirefoundation.org, read and answered from the trust’s dashboard, with a copy to the trust’s Gmail.
Pages for the work and for partners
Home, about, the trust’s work, contact, terms and a page for companies looking at a CSR partnership, with the trust’s registrations on the pages that need them.
Fast, private and the trust’s own
Self-hosted fonts, no cookies and no tracking scripts. The site runs in the trust’s own Cloudflare account, and the domain and content belong to the trust.
Run a trust or an NGO?
We can do the same for you: donations by UPI, volunteer forms, privacy pages and email on your own domain.
