Pixelvile is coaching centre management software for tuition classes and coaching institutes in Kolkata and across India: admission enquiries in one inbox, demo classes booked online, batches that stop at their seat limit and fee invoices that show who still owes, set up by our team. You can try it free for 14 days, and the Business plan is ₹25,000–45,000 once to set up and ₹4,000–6,000 a month, before GST.
Business plan: ₹25,000–45,000 to set up, once, and ₹4,000–6,000 a month.
Batches and fee invoices: in Premium, or ₹299 and ₹699 a month on their own.
Prices are before GST. No commission on fees, and 30 days live before you pay the balance.
For tuition classes, coaching institutes, music and dance schools and training centres. You switch on only what your centre needs.
Enquiries from your website land in one inbox with a WhatsApp alert, so you call back while parents are still deciding. In every plan.
Parents and students book a free demo class online and get a WhatsApp reminder the day before. In Business and Premium.
A batch takes as many students as you set. The booking page shows “3 left” when it’s nearly full, and staff can still add one more. In Premium, or ₹299 a month.
When a batch is full, students join the waiting list and get a WhatsApp offer if a seat frees up. In Business and Premium.
Every student and parent with their bookings, invoices and your notes. A student who books again is matched by phone number, so there are no duplicates.
Fee invoices with a UPI link by WhatsApp or email, part payments, saved items for each course, one list of unpaid fees and a statement per student. In Premium, or ₹699 a month.
Sell a pack of sessions, such as 10 doubt-clearing classes. Each class marked done uses one, with who and when. In Premium, or ₹499 a month.
Teachers and staff mark in and out from their own phone. The month’s salary sheet, advances and payslips are worked out from it. An add-on at ₹499 a month for up to 10 people.
A chat assistant on your website answers questions about courses, timings and fees from your own details, so parents get an answer at 11 pm. It never books or reads student data. In Business and Premium.
Your own website and booking page, on your Google listing and in your WhatsApp replies. No app to download.
They send an enquiry or book a free demo class in a batch with seats left, in English, Bengali or Hindi.
A WhatsApp confirmation with a link to change or cancel, within the rules you set.
A WhatsApp reminder the day before the demo class.
A fee invoice with a UPI QR code by WhatsApp or email, and a statement of what’s been paid.
Invoices and payments are in Premium, or an add-on on any plan. Fees go to your account, never ours.
Invoices with your GST rate per course, including 0% where your CA says it applies. Quotations, part payments and credit notes in their own number series.
Every invoice carries a UPI link and QR code for the exact amount. UPI doesn’t tell us when money arrives, so staff tap “received” when they see it.
For your CA: GSTR-1 files and a sales register from the Invoices screen.
Confirmations, reminders and waiting-list offers go out on WhatsApp by themselves.
A monthly fair-use allowance of messages from our number: 150 on Starter, 1,000 on Business and 3,000 on Premium. Above that, messages wait for you to send them with one tap, or we add a top-up.
On Premium, or ₹999 a month, messages go from your centre’s own WhatsApp number instead of ours.
Anyone can reply STOP at any time and is never messaged again. Reminders go only between 8 am and 9 pm.
Enquiries, seats and fees for the owner, a calendar for each teacher, and nothing more than each person needs.
Bookings over time, busiest hours, top courses and where enquiries came from, such as Google or a QR code. A one-page monthly report by WhatsApp and email. In Business and Premium.
Owner, Manager and Staff, with ticks per person. Teachers see their own day. Managers handle admissions and fees. Only owners see payout details, the full data export and your Pixelvile billing.
A WhatsApp alert for each new enquiry and booking, and two-step sign-in to keep the account safe.
We’re a small team in Kolkata. We set up centres in the city in person, and centres across India over WhatsApp and phone.
We look at how your centre shows up on Google and on a phone, then quote one setup price and one monthly price in writing.
Courses, batches with seat limits, fees as saved items, the enquiry form and booking page, plus your student list from a spreadsheet.
We show your office and teachers how it works on their own phones. Every screen has a Help button with short guides.
Half the build fee to start, then 30 days live with no monthly fee. After that, changes you send on WhatsApp are part of the care plan.
Full terms are on our payments and refunds page.
Prices are before GST. Where GST applies, 18% is added on the invoice. There’s no commission on admissions or fees.
Want to see it first? Try it free for 14 days with a booking page and dashboard, no card needed. Every add-on and plan is on our pricing page.
Better you hear it from us before you sign:
If your centre runs on a register, a spreadsheet and a few WhatsApp groups, here is what changes, and when it doesn’t need to. Thinking of a website builder instead? See Pixelvile vs website builders.
| What | Pixelvile | Register and WhatsApp |
|---|---|---|
| Admission enquiries | One inbox with a WhatsApp alert, from your website and Google listing. | Spread across calls, notebooks and chats. |
| Seats in a batch | The booking page stops at the limit and offers freed seats to the waiting list. | Counted by hand. |
| Fees owed | One list of unpaid fees and a statement per student. | Added up from the register. |
| Reminders | Sent the day before, by themselves. | Typed and sent by someone, when they remember. |
| Cost | Business plan ₹25,000–45,000 to set up and ₹4,000–6,000 a month, before GST, with batches and fee invoices in Premium or as add-ons. | Almost nothing. |
We make more sense once enquiries come from Google, batches fill up and fees are hard to track, and you want all of it in one place, set up and looked after by people you can WhatsApp.
Lantern Classes is a made-up coaching centre running on Pixelvile. Open the dashboard behind its website to see enquiries, trial classes, the waiting list and monthly fee invoices.
Not yet, and we won’t sell it until it’s built. Staff attendance and salaries are built: teachers mark in and out from their phone, and the month’s salary sheet and payslips are worked out from it.
No. You make each fee invoice, which takes a few taps with saved items, and the dashboard shows who has paid and who still owes. Parents can pay by UPI from the invoice.
Yes, as part of setup. Send us your list as a spreadsheet and we add names, phone numbers, emails and notes before you go live. There’s no import button in the dashboard yet, so after that, new students come in through enquiries and bookings or are added by your staff.
Yes. Everyone gets their own login as Owner, Manager or Staff. A teacher on a Staff login sees their own calendar and bookings, not fees or totals. You can tick extra rights per person, and owners can download a log of who changed what.
Yes. The dashboard works in the browser on any phone, and you can install it on Android or an iPhone like an app. Parents and students book a demo class from their own phone, in English, Bengali or Hindi, without installing anything.
No. If you have a site you like, we add an Enquire or Book a demo class button to it, or put the booking form inside a page. If you don’t have one, every plan includes building one on your own domain.
It’s yours. You keep your domain, your website content and an export of your data: students, bookings, enquiries and invoices. Owners can download it from Settings at any time. Booking and the dashboard stop, because they run on our system.
Type your centre’s name and get a free check in under a minute. Then we can talk about what to set up first.
