Yes, as part of setup. Send us your list as a spreadsheet and we add names, phone numbers, emails and notes before you go live. There’s no import button in the dashboard yet, so after that, new patients come in through bookings or are added by your staff.
No. It isn’t an EMR. Each patient has their visits and plain-text notes, but there are no prescriptions, case sheets, lab reports or X-ray files, because the system doesn’t store files yet. Keep your clinical records where they are today.
Yes. Everyone gets their own login as Owner, Manager or Staff. A doctor on a Staff login sees their own calendar and bookings, not totals or money. You can tick extra rights per person, and owners can download a log of who changed what.
English, Bengali and Hindi. The booking page follows the language of the patient’s phone, and they can switch. The dashboard itself is in English.
No. If you have a site you like, we add a Book button to it, or put the booking form inside a page. If you don’t have one, or it’s slow on a phone, the Business and Premium plans include building one on your own domain.
It’s yours. You keep your domain, your website content and an export of your data: patients, bookings and invoices. Owners can download it from Settings at any time. Booking, reminders and the dashboard stop, because they run on our system.
