Your team can sign in at your own address, such as app.yourbusiness.com, instead of pixelvile.com. The sign-in page shows your logo and colours, with a small “Secured by Pixelvile” line.
How to get it
- Ask Pixelvile for it and tell us the address you want.
- We’ll give you one DNS record to add. Whoever looks after your domain adds it in a few minutes.
- Once the record is in, we check it, and the secure certificate is issued automatically, usually within minutes.
Good to know
- A sign-in on your address works only there. Signing in elsewhere needs a separate sign-in.
- Your address shows only your business. People who belong to other businesses can’t sign in there.
- Password resets and new sign-in emails link back to your address.
