Two-factor sign-in asks for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password and the like) as well as your password. Someone who learns your password still can’t get in.
Turn it on
- Open Settings › Team, sign-in and appearance, card Sign-in security.
- Press Turn on two-factor sign-in and scan the QR code with your authenticator app, or type the key by hand.
- Type the 6-digit code the app shows.
- Save the recovery codes somewhere safe, like a password manager. They are shown only once.
Lost your phone?
Sign in with one of your recovery codes instead of the app code. Then make New recovery codes and set up the app again on your new phone. If you have no codes left, ask Pixelvile to switch two-factor off for you so you can set it up again.
Other devices
The same card lists where you are signed in. Sign out other devices signs out everywhere except the device you’re using.
