Forgot your password
- On the sign-in page, tap Forgot password?
- Enter your email, mobile number or username, and press Send code.
- A 6-digit code goes to the WhatsApp number and email on your account. Type it in.
- Choose a new password of at least 10 characters.

Got a temporary password
When an owner or manager adds you, or resets your password, you get a temporary one. After you sign in with it, you’ll see only New password and Confirm new password. Type the same password in both, or let your browser suggest a strong one. Show lets you check what you typed. Your browser can then offer to save it.
Change it later
To change your own password any time, use Your password in Settings › Team, sign-in and appearance. You’ll need your current password.
