Spreadsheets
Bookings, Customers, Sales this month and Enquiries download as files you can open in Excel or Google Sheets. Managers and staff see the downloads their role allows.
Everything at once
Owners can download Everything (one file): the business’s records together in one file. It’s also what you’d take with you if you ever moved away. The Handover sheet lists where your domain, email, website files and accounts live.
Activity log
Owners can download the activity log for a date range: who did what and when, such as people added, passwords reset, settings changed and inspections started. Changes made by Pixelvile are marked.
