What the stock software does, day to day
The number on screen is the number on the shelf, because every change is a line with who and when.
Your stock list
Each item has a name, a unit and the level at which you want a warning. Eggs in pieces, milk in litres, coffee in kg, gloves in boxes.
Received, used, wasted
When stock comes in, is used or goes to waste, someone taps the button and types how much, with a note like “cracked in the crate”.
Count to correct
Count the shelf, type the number, and the difference is saved as a count. The quantity is never silently edited.
Running low
Items under their warning level are marked Low and listed at the top of the screen, so the morning order is quick.
History for every item
Open History to see every change with the date, the note and who made it, so missing stock has a trail.
Who can do what
Managers log stock and change the list. Staff log stock only if you tick it for them. Owners see everything.
Parts on job cards
For repair services, spare parts added to a job card come off the shelf by themselves, and go back if removed. Home visits and job cards is ₹999 a month.
Works on any phone
The kitchen, the store room or the front desk use the same screen on their own phones, with buttons big enough for a busy morning.

Made for small places. It is a simple stock register on the phone, not a warehouse system. Our demos keep stock in a café in Hindustan Park (eggs, milk, coffee, nolen gur) and a dental clinic in Salt Lake (gloves, masks, anaesthetic). Businesses outside Kolkata get the same setup over WhatsApp and phone.

Stock is not part of a plan, so it’s the same price on any of them. A website on the Starter plan is ₹12,000–18,000 to build and ₹1,500–2,500 a month. Every plan and add-on is on our pricing page.
What it doesn’t do
Better you hear it from us before you sign:
- No barcode scanning.
- No billing counter. Selling something, an online order or an invoice doesn’t take it off the shelf. Only parts on job cards do, and the rest is logged by your team.
- No purchase orders, supplier bills, batches, expiry dates or several godowns.
- No stock value or costing. It counts quantities, not money.

Questions about stock management
How much does stock management software cost?
Stock is ₹399 a month on any plan, before GST, with no charge per item or per person. It isn’t part of a plan. If you also want a website, the Starter plan is ₹12,000–18,000 to build and ₹1,500–2,500 a month.
Does stock go down by itself when I sell something?
No, with one exception: spare parts added to a repair job card come off the shelf by themselves. Everything else is logged by your team with Used or Wasted, and a count at the end of the day corrects any difference.
Can my staff update stock from their phone?
Yes. Managers can log stock and change the list. Staff can log stock if you tick it for them. Every change keeps who made it and when.
Will it warn me when something is running low?
Yes, on the Stock screen. Each item has a warning level you choose, and items under it are marked Low and listed at the top, so you see them when you open the screen.
Can it count kg, litres and boxes?
Yes. Each item has its own unit, and you can type parts, like 0.8 kg or 1.5 litres.
Is it a full inventory or accounting system?
No. It is a simple stock register: what is on the shelf, what came in and what went out. It has no barcodes, purchase orders, batches or stock value. For accounts, our invoices export to Tally Prime and Zoho Books.
