What the booking system does, day to day
You switch on only what your business needs. Each part has its own price a month, or comes in a plan.
Your own booking page
Customers book from your website, your Google listing or a link on WhatsApp. No app to download, and no other businesses next to yours.
A calendar per person
Each doctor, stylist or trainer keeps their own hours and days off, and customers can pick a person or “anyone free”. ₹499 a month with online booking.
No double bookings
The database itself refuses two bookings for the same person at the same time, even when two customers press Book at once.
WhatsApp reminders
A confirmation when they book and a reminder the day before, sent only between 8 am and 9 pm. Customers can reply STOP. ₹299 a month.
Change or cancel online
Every confirmation carries a link to move or cancel, within the rules you set, such as up to 4 hours before. Every change is kept. ₹199 a month.
Waiting list
When a time is full, customers join the waiting list. If someone cancels, the next person gets the offer on WhatsApp. ₹299 a month.
Deposits by UPI
A service can ask for an advance at booking, paid by UPI with the amount filled in, which cuts no-shows. ₹299 a month.
Classes and group slots
A slot can take several people, for a yoga class, a demo class or a table, and shows “3 left” when it fills up. ₹299 a month.

What it doesn’t do
Better you hear it from us before you sign:
- No video consultations or online classes.
- No two-way sync with Google Calendar. Each person can see their bookings in Google, Apple or Outlook calendar through a private link (Integrations), but bookings are made here.
- No automatic UPI confirmation. UPI doesn’t tell anyone when money arrives, so staff tap “received” when they see it.
- It won’t find you new customers the way a big directory does. It makes booking easy for people who already found you.

How much does an online appointment booking system cost?
Online booking is ₹1,499 a month, before GST. A calendar per person adds ₹499 and WhatsApp reminders ₹299 a month. Any setup is quoted in writing after the free check.
How long does setup take?
You see your booking page on your phone within a week. We add your services, people, hours and prices for you, and show your team how it works. In Kolkata we do this in person, elsewhere over WhatsApp and phone.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The booking page opens in the browser on any phone, in English, Bengali or Hindi. Your team uses the dashboard in the browser, and can install it on Android or an iPhone like an app.
Can I add booking to the website I already have?
Yes. We add a Book button to your site, or put the booking form inside one of its pages. You can also share the booking link on your Google listing and WhatsApp.
Can two customers book the same time?
Not for the same person. The database refuses a second booking for that person at that time. For classes or groups, a slot can take several people up to the number you set.
Can I try it first?

What happens to my data if I leave?
