Your menu, sold-out dishes and stock

Menu and Stock are add-ons. If you don’t see them, ask Pixelvile to switch them on.

The menu

• Add a menu item with its name, price, category and a veg or non-veg mark.
• Mark a dish sold out when it runs out, and back on when it’s ready again. Your online menu page shows it straight away.
• Your public menu page is the one your table QR codes open.
• If you take online orders, an item can have its own online price. Leave it empty to use the menu price.

Stock

1. Track each item you want to watch, with its unit and the level at which it counts as low.
2. Log what comes in as Received, what goes out as Used, and a stock check as Counted.
3. Items below their low level are flagged, so you know what to reorder.

Every stock entry records who made it and when.
