You don’t have to type in customers. Every booking, order and invoice with a mobile number adds or updates that customer, so the list builds itself as you work.
Find someone
Open Customers and search by name or mobile number. Tap a customer to open their profile: their past and upcoming bookings, their invoices and anything else your plan tracks for them, such as packages or service contracts.
Download the list
Owners, and anyone whose role allows it, can download the customer list as a spreadsheet from Settings, card Download your data.
Reviews and repeat visits
In Settings › Customers and messages, the card Reviews and repeat visits sets two helpful messages:
- A review request after a visit, with a link to your Google review page.
- A “time to book again” reminder some days after a visit. Set the number of days per service in Settings › Business, under Services.
Customers who reply STOP are never messaged again.
