A tap card, counter stand or table tag holds a link, not your details. When a phone taps it (or scans the QR code on the back), it opens your buttons: save contact, WhatsApp, book, leave a review, pay.
Change what a card does
- Open Settings › Customers and messages.
- In the Tap cards card, choose the card and change its buttons.
- Save. The next tap shows the new buttons. Nothing needs reprinting.
QR codes
Every card has a QR code as a backup for phones without NFC. You can print the QR codes from the same card for stands and tables.

Taps are counted, and you’ll see them in Insights if it’s part of your plan.
